DeCarla Pearsall BSN, RN, CMDCP, CGCP, CDP, C-MLDP, CTP

DeCarla Pearsall BSN, RN, CMDCP, CDP, CGCP, C-MLDP is a New Jersey native who has been a Delawarean since 1996. DeCarla began her career in the medical field at Christiana Care as a patient care technician. Chasing her passion, she earned her LPN and RN license. Soon after, she earned her BSN at Chamberlain College of Nursing. In addition, DeCarla studied at Salem College where she earned a degree in Psychology. In recent years she became a NCCDP Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner and Certified Trama Professional. DeCarla recently finished her studies and became certified as a Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner.

Since becoming a nurse in 2006, DeCarla has served in multiple arenas of the nursing field. Her hunger for knowledge led her to obtain a diverse clinical and administrative nursing experience including Skilled Rehabilitation Nursing, Long Term Care, Sub-acute Care, Alzheimer's and Dementia, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Unit Manager, Hospice Nurse, Hospital Case Manager, and Triage nurse, and hands-on home care. For the last decade, DeCarla served as a Director of Nursing for assisted living and memory care facilities in New Castle and Kent County in Delaware. She now called upon to serves as a consultant in local buildings as an expert nurse.

To know DeCarla is to love her. She is a social butterfly. Outside of work DeCarla enjoys traveling, swimming, reading, bon fires, and spending time with her loved ones. She is happily married with two boys aged 13 and 25. DeCarla is extremely proud of her eldest son who recently graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Health Behavior Science and is now pursuing a master's degree in Public Administration.

Esther's Personal Bio

Esther Celamy-Williams LPN, PCHA, CALA, CMDCP, CGIP, CFPS, CDP

Esther Celamy-Williams LPN, PCHA, CALA, CMDCP, CGIP, CFPS, CDP, is a Florida native who settled in North Wilmington, Delaware in 2013. Esther graduated at the top of her class in 1999 from nursing school and started her career at an early age. In 2019, she became an NCCDP Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner. Esther has recently advanced her education to become a Certified Geriatric Informed Professional, Certified Fall prevention Specialist, Assited Living Administrator and Personal Care Home Administrator. She has extensive nursing experience in various clinical settings, including

Assisted living, Dementia care unit, med-surge, and skilled nursing as a unit manager. For 12 years, she has worked in hospice, home care, and IV infusion as a clinical nurse liaison and regional marketing director. In 2020, she created and co-owns ELITE Senior Advisers, and in 2021 she created CW Senior Support. Assisting the geriatric population has been her passion for the past 16 years and continues to grow daily. Esther's goal as a co-owner of ELITE is to ensure every senior under her care receives the dignity, respect and expert assistance they deserve.

When she is not helping seniors and families, Esther is very involved in her community. She currently serves as the president of her neighborhood civic association and a voting board member of the Delaware Nurses Association (DNA). She enjoys traveling, roller skating, shopping and spending time with her loved ones.
